We once again express our heartfelt thanks to the Banstead and Sutton Nonsuch Rotary Club for their most generous support of the Epsom and Ewell Talking Newspaper and congratulate them warmly on their indefatigable fundraising efforts for the community.
One of the themes from their presentation evening on 17th March 2026 was “Connections” and indeed the event gave Rotary Club members and representatives from a number of local charities the opportunity to network.
Connection is a central tenet of our work at the Epsom and Ewell Talking Newspaper. We will use the donation to buy equipment to enable our listeners with sight impairment to feel connected to their local community, by keeping up to date with developments around them as well as having talking points to share with neighbours, friends and family.
