Following the very sad news on April 9th of the death of HRH Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, our Chairman Judy Sarssam, our volunteers and all our listeners would like to send their condolences to Her Majesty The Queen and her family.

Prince Philip, who has served this country for decades of his life, will be greatly missed by people of all generations all over the world, whose lives he has touched and improved with vision, sincerity, compassion and often with a  welcome touch of humour. Our hearts go out to Her Majesty The Queen, who will miss her beloved husband of 73 years, more than one could begin to imagine. Our thoughts are with Her Majesty, her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and our wish is for Prince Philip to rest peacefully.
