Banstead also has a new neighbourhood in planning – for 280 homes just minutes from the High Street.
We find out how hot and dry it was in Surrey this summer – you won’t be surprised to know that average temperatures were over 4°C higher than the thirty-year average since the 1990s.

Sutton Council launches a new scheme to help local businesses, and a new bursary scheme has been developed in Epsom and Ewell to help Ukrainian families build their skills and access employment opportunities.
