The aims of the framework are to ensure they do not discriminate or disadvantage any group in the community but promote opportunities for all. Equality, diversity and inclusion

The Epsom and Ewell Borough Council’s public consultation seeks your views on their draft equality, diversity and inclusion framework. The framework explains their commitment to equality across all aspects of the council’s work within the following three themes:

1. Developing inclusive communities and creating community cohesion
2. Engagement and accessible services
3. Workforce inclusivity
